If your network has a firewall that restricts access, you'll need to make some exceptions for the signage players to function. Below are the required entries (all outbound rules):
Download content, application updates, remote commands:
Host: *.trudigital.net
Protocol: HTTP, HTTPS
Ports 80, 443
NTP Server to sync time
Host: 2.android.pool.ntp.org
Protocol: UDP
Port 123
Allow connections via Remote Support
Host: *.teamviewer.com
Protocol: TCP/UDP
Port 5938
Some external integrations (such as Facebook and Twitter) will need additional exceptions for the player to reach directly to those sites. If you need further assistance, please contact support@trudigital.net
