When using our Facebook Integration, your Facebook page will need to be set to public in order to display.
To do this:
- Log into your business Facebook page.
- click "Settings" at the top of your Business Page.
- Click "General" on the left side menu.
- From General, click "Page Visibility".
- Select Page published and click "Save Changes".
Keep in mind, if you have restrictions you will need to remove them so your player can display your page. For help on removing restrictions please click here to visit Facebook page restrictions
