If a Google Docs, Google Slides, or Google Sheets Integration template is not displaying correctly on your truDigital device, it is likely due to a permissions issue with the document.
The Google Docs/Slides/Sheets integrations require the document to be publicly shared so the player can access it. It may appear to work when you preview it on the truDigital dashboard, but this is because you are already signed in to your Google account with your browser.
To make your Google document public, follow these steps:
- Open the file in Google Docs/Slides/Sheets
- Click the "Share" button in the top right
- Click the "Change" or "Share with..." link at the bottom, under Get Link
- Select "Anyone with the link", then click Done.
The document should then display properly on your truDigital device.
