How to edit/view Facebook Permissions

These are the permissions you will want to confirm on Facebook to avoid any issues when using the Facebook Integration Template.

Click Here for steps to install and edit the Facebook Integration template if you haven't already.

Once you are logged into Facebooks website, follow these steps to confirm the permissions

Step 1 - Click on your profile photo in the top right then select "Settings & Privacy"

Step 2 - Click on "Settings"

Step 3 - Click on "Security and Login"

Step 4 - Go to "Business Integrations" then click View and Edit next to truDigital Signage 

(if you don't see truDigital Signage here, confirm you are logged into the Facebook Integration template)

Step 5 - Confirm or change these settings so that all features are toggled ON to grant truDigital permission to display your Facebook Page

Step 6 - Click "Save"
