Is my digital sign player capable of playing sound?

Your player is capable of playing sound through the HDMI output without any extra setup.  If you don't hear sound, please verify the following:

1. You've uploaded a video file with sound

2. Your television's volume is turned up to an appropriate setting

3. There are no other settings on your television that would override the signal coming from the player.
