Problem: My HDTV tells me there is "no signal found"

  1. Make sure you have the correct HDMI input selected using your TV remote

  2. Unplug the player's power cable, wait 5 seconds, and plug the cable back in

  3. Unplug the HDMI cable and plug it back in

  4. Ensure the HDMI cable is securely inserted into the HDMI port on the TV

  5. Ensure the HDMI cable is securely inserted into the HDMI port on the player

  6. Try a new HDMI cable

  7. Try a different HDMI port on the TV

  8. Verify the HDMI port is working on your TV with another device that supports HDMI

Note: If you press the power button on the remote control a single time, it will put the player into "SLEEP MODE" (indicated by a red light). Simply press the power button once more to bring the player out of "SLEEP MODE"
