Basic Troubleshooting: Power Cycle your player

  1. Unplug all cables from the player.

  2. Let unit stand, unplugged, for five seconds.

  3. Plug all cables back in

  4. You should see a blue light on the front of the player.

  5. Cycle through TV inputs, verify TV input is the same plug HDMI cable is using (The unit should begin to load)
