Under normal operation, your player will automatically download your content changes on its next check-in to our server and re-launch the playlist after it has all the new content.
If you see issues (error message, old content, etc.) with any of the content currently on your screen, follow these steps manually redownload the playlist.
If you don't have the truDigital Player Remote, plug in a USB computer mouse to act as the remote for these steps.
Step 1: Press home on your remote (right click if you are using a USB Mouse)
Step 2: Select Help
Step 3: Click Redownload Playlist
Step 4: Select YES to confirm.
At this point, your player will delete any cache it has stored and download a new copy of your playlist from the server. Once finished, your playlist will launch.
If your player has disconnected from the internet, you'll receive a message that the cache was not cleared. If this is the case, check your network settings and try again.
