Enterprise Interface: Upload from Cloud in File Manager

You can now upload larger file sizes of videos and images into your file manager! Just share a link from a Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive account and use the Upload from Cloud feature to add your file. Supported formats are MP4, PNG and JPG. If you don't see the options below, contact your sales rep to learn how to get this new tool added to your account today!

* This feature will only work on truDigital players that are up to date on app version 2.8.1 or higher. Check player status to view your players app version and/or Follow These Steps to update your player. *

Step 1 - Go to Media Manager from your truDigital dashboard

Step 2 - Click on "Files"

Step 3 - Click on "Upload from Cloud"

Step 4 - Paste your Google Drive/Dropbox link, then select "Create"
