This guide is for users on our Legacy Interface.
To confirm you're using the Legacy version, check the left-hand menu after logging in.
If you see 'Manage Playlist,' you're on the Legacy interface and these tutorials are the right ones for you.
(If you see 'Players' instead, you're on our Enterprise Interface—please use the Enterprise guide)
Step-by-Step: Uploading Your Files with the Updated Uploader
Now features Single Sign-On (SSO) and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Now supports file uploads from Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox
This guide will walk you through the steps to upload your files from your computer or directly from Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive
If you have already uploaded the file(s) you want to add, follow these steps to add it to your LIVE Playlist(s)
- Starting from your Dashboard
- select File Manager on the left hand menu.
- Click Upload
To upload files from your computer
- select "From Device"
- Select which file(s) you want to upload then click Open
- Confirm the files you selected and click Upload
- After a moment, you should see your file(s) uploaded now.

To upload a files from your Dropbox account
select Dropbox
- click "Connect to Dropbox"
- select "Allow" to grant permission to link your Dropbox
- Now you should see your list of Dropbox files
- find and select which ones you want to upload
- click Done
- Confirm the files you selected and click Upload
- After a moment, you should see your file(s) uploaded now.

To upload a files from your Google Drive account
select Google Drive
- click "Connect to Google Drive"
- select the Google account you want to link
- select "Continue" to grant permission to link your Google Drive
- Now you should see your list of Google Drive files
- find and select which ones you want to upload
- click select
- click Done
- Confirm the files you selected and click Upload
- After a moment, you should see your file(s) uploaded now.

To upload a files from your OneDrive account
select OneDrive
- click "Connect to OneDrive"
- If it doesn't automatically, select the Microsoft account you want to link
- check the box to Consent then click Accept to grant permission to link your OneDrive
- Now you should see your list of OneDrive files
- find and select which ones you want to upload
- click Done
- Confirm the files you selected and click Upload
- After a moment, you should see your file(s) uploaded now.
