Enterprise Interface: How to create content

Modified on Tue, Oct 31, 2023 at 7:18 AM

Step 1: Click on the Media Manager item on the left menu.

Here you’ll find two tabs. Compositions and Files

If you’re already familiar with the old interface, you can relate these to the My Templates and File Manager areas.

Compositions is where all your customized templates will go.

Instead of having different content associated with each playlist, you now have one central place for all compositions.

Step 2: click New Composition

Step 3: Choose the template you’d like to start with, then click Next

You’ll see the blank template added to your Compositions.

Step 4: Hover your mouse over the template and click the edit icon

A new tab will appear. You’ll edit your composition the same way you used to.

Step 5: Click Edit Template and change the options you want

Step 6: Once you're done editing the template, click Save Changes

Once the changes are saved, simply close the tab to return to your Compositions

Now this composition is ready to be added to your playlist, depending on how you want to add this, use one of the links below :

Now you'll also use the Media Manager to upload any images or videos that you may want to add to your playlist

Click on Files and select Upload

Select the image or video file you want to upload and click Open

Now you'll see the files and they are ready to be added to a Full Screen Slideshow Template

NOTE: for both Compositions and Files, multi-select is now available. Click the first file to highlight it, then hold CTRL (CMD on Mac) and click any other item you’d like to select. You can now bulk delete these items if desired.
