Reset Network Settings

Resetting the network settings on your digital sign player can resolve various connectivity issues, ensuring your content is displayed without interruptions. Over time, network configurations can become outdated or corrupted due to changes in network infrastructure, updates, or security settings. This can lead to difficulties in maintaining a stable connection. By resetting the network settings, you can clear any incorrect configurations and re-establish a fresh connection to your network, which helps in troubleshooting and ensures seamless operation of your digital signage system.



With a USB mouse connected to your TruDigital player:

Right Click to go to the Home Screen

Select Settings

Click on Version number 10x times



The Admin menu will appear after clicking on Version number 10x.

Select Admin


Select App Drawer

Select Settings



Select More Settings


Scroll down and select Backup & reset



Select Network settings reset (DO NOT SELECT FACTORY DATA RESET)

Select Reset Settings


Select Reset Settings again
