Forgetting and Reconnecting Network (Old Player Versions)

These steps apply to any player model with a serial number starting with 800a.

If your player model starts with D07 or 900e, please follow these steps instead.

1. Press the “Home” button on your remote control

2. Click on Digital Sign box

3. Go to the green "Settings" icon

4. Select "Network" and go to "Network Setup

5. Go to "Wi-Fi" 

6. Toggle WiFi to On

7. Select your network name from the list of available networks

8. Select "Forget"

Now that your Network is forgotten, you will reconnect to it--

9. Select your network name once more

10. Enter your Wi-Fi Password

11. Select "Connect"
