How to Enable Reconnection Assistant

STEP 1: Using the remote click the Home button then select Settings





Before you follow the next steps, confirm your player's Version shows as 2.11.1 or above-  if it does not, you will need to follow these separate steps to update the Software Version before continuing the steps below





Continue below once you've confirmed or updated the Version to 2.11.1



STEP 2: click on Network then click on Reconnection Assistant to turn it ONnow select Reconnection Assistant Settings







Now you'll see two settings set to 0, you'll need to change those to 5



STEP 3: click on "Connection Attempts before Scheduling Reboot", erase the 0 and change it to 5 then click the Return button on the remote to minimize the keypad. Now you can select Ok to save the setting





Now you'll do the same steps to change the other setting from 0 to 5



STEP 4 : click on "Max Number of Reboots", erase the 0 and change it to 5 then click on the Return button on the remote to minimize the keypad. Now select Ok to save the setting





STEP 5 : click on "WiFi Check Internal In Minutes", erase the 0 and change it to 10 then click on the Return button on the remote to minimize the keypad. Now select Ok to save the setting






Now your screen should look like the image below and the Reconnection Assistant is properly set to assist with your players Network Connection
