Player Offline Notifications

What is Player Notifications?

Player Notifications is a feature that once enabled, sends you an email notification when any digital sign player in your account does not check-in to the internet for longer than 24 hours. Enabling Player Notifications means you'll know quickly if any of your players ever go offline.

‍How do I enable Player Notifications?

Step 1: Click "Player Status" from the main menu

Step 2: Click "Notifications"

‍Step 3: Check "Enabled", enter email address(s), click "Save Changes".

Step 4: You're all set! Enjoy peace of mind knowing you'll be informed if something ever happens to your internet connection.
