Modified on Thu, Apr 28, 2022 at 7:03 AM

  1. Press the “Home” button on your remote control

  2. Go to the green “Settings” icon

  3. Select “Network” and go to “Network Setup”

  4. Choose “Wireless (Wi-Fi)"

    5. Select your network from the list of available networks.

    6. Select Forget

    7.  Select your network from the list of available networks again

    8. Enter your password

    9. If the password is correct an internet test will run.

    10. If the test is successful your playlist will start.

Additional Info:

  • Make sure the wifi antenna is attached to the side of the player
  • If you have made changes to your playlist online, it may take 10 to 15 minutes for those changes to appear on your screen.
  • If your network is listed as “Authenticating...” for longer than 30-60 seconds, the saved password is likely incorrect.
  • If your network is listed as “Obtaining IP address…” for longer than 30-60 seconds, there is likely a problem with the DHCP server on your network or router.
  • If you are having trouble connecting to a network, try power cycling the wireless router.
  • If you are unable to connect after following the steps listed above, please contact us at support@trudigital.net so we can assist.
