Under normal operation, your player will automatically download your content changes on its next check-in to our server and re-launch the playlist after it has all the new content. If you see issues with any of the content that has downloaded, you can always try redownloading the playlist.
1. Press home on your remote
2. Select Help
3. Select Redownload Playlist and confirm.
At this point, your player will delete any cache it has stored and download a new copy of your playlist from the server. Once finished, your playlist will launch.
If your player has disconnected from the internet, you'll receive a message that the cache was not cleared. If this is the case, check your network settings and try again.
