If you would like to switch a player from Horizontal to Vertical orientation, contact us at support@trudigital.net and provide the serial number of the player. truDigital Support will update your template library from Horizontal to Vertical, and then you'll need to change the orientation on the player itself using the remote control:
1. Press the Home button on the remote
2. Select Settings
3. Select Device
4. Select Screen Rotation
5. Select either Vertical (90) or Vertical (270)
-Vertical (90) if the bottom of your TV is mounted facing right
-Vertical (270) if the bottom of your TV is facing left
