How to display an Office 365 calendar using the Calendar Agenda Integration

To display a Microsoft Office 365 calendar, you will need to get the ICS link for the calendar and then paste it into the integration. To get the ICS link for your calendar, perform the following steps:

  1. Login to Office 365
  2. Click on the Calendar app
  3. Open the Calendar Settings menu by clicking the cog icon (bar at the top, on the right)
  4. Click View all Outlook settings (bottom of the menu)
  5. Click Calendar > Shared Calendars
  6. Under "Publish a calendar", select the calendar you want to share, and for permissions select "Can view all details"
  7. Click Publish
  8. You should then be able to copy the ICS link (second link)

Then you just need to paste the link into the settings for the Calendar Agenda template:

  1. Click on an installed "Integration - Calendar Agenda" or "Corkboard - Calendar Agenda" template, and select Edit
  2. Click Edit Template (top left of screen)
  3. Click on the Calendar Agenda block to open the settings window
  4. Paste the ICS link in the Calendar URL field and click Save
  5. Click Save Changes (top left)
