Tutorial: Google Calendar Integration

Google Calendar is a wonderful way to display your calendar on your player, this tutorial will walk you through setting up the calendar integration.

Step 1: Select the Google Calendar Integration from your template library and click “Install”.

Step 2: Once in the “My Templates” area, select the Google Calendar Integration and click “Edit”.

Step 3: Click the “Edit Template” button towards the top of the screen.

Step 4: Click the third bar that says “Edit this block to view/edit the Google Calendar Integration.

Step 5: Enter the shareable Google Calendar link, choose your Calendar Display Settings and click “Save”.

Step 6: Click "Save changes" then click “Back”, add the template to your live playlist and you’re done.

Shareable Link -  To display your Google Calendar integration  the link must be public.

Creating Shareable links (Google Calendar) 

Step 1: Open Google Calendar.

Step 2: In the top right, click Settings   Settings.

Step 3: Click the name of the calendar you want to share.

Step 4: Open Access permissions and check the box next to "Make available to public".

Step 5: Scroll down to "Integrate Calendar" 

Step 6: Copy the address in the "Public URL to this Calendar" box and paste it into your calendar integration.

Step 7: Click “Save Changes” and Back. Add the Google Calendar template into your Live playlist and you're done.
