1.Verify your image is within our Recommended Image Format & Dimensions
Our "Full screen slideshow" will fit the resolution of your television and our recommended image specs are the following.
(Recommended Image Formats: PNG, JPEG, PDF) (Recommended Image Dimensions: 1280x720 (720p) or 1920x1080 (1080p) If it’s not within our recommended dimensions resize the photo and re upload it.
2.Choose the slideshow that best matches your aspect ratio, i.e Slideshow 2:3 will display an aspect ratio of 2:3 and so on. We have a few different slideshows for various aspect ratios:
