Step 1: Click on the Media Manager item on the left menu. 

Step 2: click New Template 

Step 3: Search Safety, select either Safety in Motion if you want a safety video or Safety Posters if you want safety images, then select Next

Step 4: Hover your mouse over the newly installed template and click the edit icon

Step 5: Click Edit Template 

Step 6: click where it says "This Video Player is disabled in edit mode"

Step 7: under Media Library, click the dropdown next to your username and select trudigitalsafety

Now you will see the Safety Files to use. You can click on each one to preview them if you'd like.

Step 8: Drag over which video you want to display from the right to the left

Step 9: Once you see the video(s) that you want to use on the left side, Click Save

Step 10: Hover over Save Changes in the top left then click the smaller Save Changes button 

Exit out of the Browser 

(Optional but recommended) Step 11: click the 3 dots on the Safety Template and rename it to coincide with the content, this will help you stay organized as you add more content.

Now the Safety Template is ready to use
