When you set a schedule for a campaign, you are setting a window of time during which the template(s) is allowed to play. Outside of this window, the template(s) will be skipped.
The scheduled time will work relative to the time zone set on the player, so make sure that the time zone is set. You can set the time zone in the player settings with the remote control, or on Player Status by clicking the Actions button.
The scheduler is not designed to force specific templates to start displaying at exact times. When you set a schedule, you are defining the window of time during which the template is allowed to play. The player will continually rotate through all playlist items in order, and when it comes to a template which is scheduled, it will check the schedule to determine whether to display that template or skip it.
Follow the steps below to schedule a Campaign
Step 1: From your Dashboard, select Campaigns
Step 2: Click New Campaign
Step 3: Label your Campaign, click Next
Step 4: select Add Media, select the templates you want to send to your players, then click Next
Step 5: Adjust any of the template durations if needed, click Next
Step 6: Click Add Players, select which players you want to send this campaign to then Save
Step 7: click Next
Now you should be on the last page to review your Campaign.
Step 8: click Schedule,
Step 9: Deselect Start Now to set a start date, you'll do the same thing with End Never to set a specific end time/date.

Daily - Will repeat every day during the times selected
Weekly - Will repeat weekly on the same day of the week
Monthly - Repeat monthly repeat on the same date (i.e. content playing on the 4th of October will repeat on the 4th of November, 4th of December and so on).
STEP 12: click Publish
Now the template(s) will display during their scheduled time.
