Tagging is a great new feature that helps you manage your players by allowing you to create groups based on attributes that you define. You can create tags to indicate things like locations, whether screens are customer or employee facing, or other characteristics like whether the screens are for menus or advertising. They're totally customizable to your situation!
Once you have tags set up, it streamlines the process of sending campaigns to the right places. When you add a player to your campaign, you'll see a "tag search" that will help you quickly add groups of players with the same tags. For example, if you want to send content specifically to your players in Omaha, just use the tag search to find players tagged as "Omaha" and use multi select to add them to the campaign.
Follow the steps below to learn the basics.
How to Create a New Tag
Step 1: Starting from your Dashboard, click Players on the left
Step 2: select "Add Tags"
Step 3: Enter your Tag Name then select "Add New Tag"
How to assign a tag to multiple players
Step 1: From the Players page, select which players you want to add a Tag
Step 2: click "Add Tags"
Step 3: Find and select the Tag(s) you want to add to the selected players then click Confirm
Now you should see the Tag assigned to the selected players like the image below
How to assign a tag to an individual player
Step 1: From the Players page, click on the player you want to add a Tag
Step 2: Under Player Details, click "Player Tag Search"
Step 3: select which Tag(s) you want assigned to this player
How to remove a tag from your player
Step 1: Click on the Player name that has the tag you want to remove
Step 2: Use the X under Player Details to remove any or all current Tags
