Enterprise Tutorial: How to create a Campaign

Campaigns is our new feature that allows you to distribute content to multiple players at once. 

Step 1 - on the left, select Campaigns

Step 2 - click New Campaign

Step 3 - Add your Campaign Name and Notes (optional), click Next

Step 4 - click Add Templates

Step 5 - select the templates you want to send to multiple players, then click Next

(Ctrl/Shift+Click for multi-select) (Command/Shift+Click for multi-select on Mac)

Step 6 - Choose if you want to add this to you current Campaign playlist or replace your current selection, then click Confirm

Step 7 - Now you'll see the template(s) added to your Campaign Playlist, click Next

Step 8 - click Add Players

Step 9 - select the players you want to display this content, then click Save

Tip: you can search for tags that you've set to easily select groups of players

Step 10 - click Next

Step 11 - confirm the Campaign settings are correct, set the Schedule if this Campaign is for specific dates/times (if not, leave as is), select Publish

Now the selected players will automatically redownload the Campaign Playlist in the next 10-15 minutes.
