(Enterprise Interface) User Management

STEP 1: Starting from your Dashboard, click on Account , then select Manage Users 





STEP 2: click "New User" 





STEP 3: Input users Full Name, Email Address and their Role

+ Select if they should have access to Campaigns

User Roles: 

Editor - Can edit templates but is not able to send them to a player

Publisher - Can edit and send templates, cannot add users

Admin - Can Edit and send templates + add additional users






STEP 4 : click Add Players, select which players the user(s) should have access to then click Save





STEP 5 : confirm the user information is correct, then click "Save User"





Step 6 :  Now you should see the user listed, they should receive their temporary login information and they are ready to manage the content
