Enterprise Interface: How to Add an Image using campaigns

STEP 1: select "Media Manager"

STEP 2: click "New Composition"

STEP 3: Find the template "Full Screen Slideshow", select it and click "Next"

If you have a Vertical screen, you will install the vertical version.

STEP 4 : now the template installed, Hover over the template and click on the Pen
to edit

STEP 5 : select "Edit Template"

STEP 6: click "Upload" and select the image you want to add, or if previously uploaded then Drag and Drop it from the right to the left

(be sure to remove the truDigital placeholder image by selecting - )

STEP 7: once you're finished adding your images, select "SAVE"

STEP 8: Hover over Save Changes then click Save Changes

STEP 9: Now exit out of this browser to be brought back to Media Manager

Now this Full Screen Slideshow template is ready to be added to your playlist

Follow the steps below to add it to an multiple players at once or you can follow these steps to add it to an individual player

STEP 10: On the left Click on "Campaigns"

STEP 11: select "New Campaign"

STEP 12: Name your campaign and apply any notes if needed then click "Next"

STEP 13: select "Add Media"

STEP 14: Choose the Full Screen Slideshow template and click "Next", you can also multi select if you want to send more than one template

STEP 15: choose how you'd like to add the template(s) and Confirm

STEP 16: click "Next"

STEP 17: click "Add Players" then select which players you want to receive this template, then "Save"

Step 18: Click "Next"

STEP 19: Review your campaign and select "Publish", if you don't want this to be on display yet then you can save it as a Draft

Your image has now been added to your playlist. Your player should automatically update and begin displaying it within the next 10-15 minutes
